COVID-19 PROCEDURES

  • No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted to receive services

  • Clients will need to sign a COVID-19 release form before EVERY appointment

  • Clients may need to provide a current temperature reading at time of appointments via their own ear, mouth, or forehead thermometer or by a provided forehead thermometer 

  • Clients are requested to shower before and after services

  • A mask will be worn by your therapists during all appointments

  • Therapist's hands will be washed before and after all services

  • Laundered table dressings will be used at EVERY appointment including back to back appointments between spouses

  • A top and bottom sheet will be provided but clients are asked to provide their own blanket if they are prone to getting cold

  • Table is disinfected between each client

  • Limited appointments will be taken per day to allow therapist to sanitize equipment between clients

  • Cancellations may be made by either therapist or client anytime leading up to the appointment if symptoms become present in either party
